I want to build a website on my own with out using a website builder like piczo, bluevoda, moonfruit, etc. Can somebody tell me how to create one by myself?

   Building a professional website (depends on how you define this) will require some investment on your part. Most professionals use Dreamweaver as their web design tool of choice. Once you have created one using it or some web design tool, you will need a host to put it on the internet. Suggest you use Microsoft Office Live Small Business - . It is a free service for creating and hosting your website. Right now, MS is offering a free domain name for the first year (e.g. yoursite.com). Since you created a website in dreamweaver, you can upload that to office live as well. You will need to activate its third-party designer tool option. Once activated, you will get a link to a webfolder. Just copy the files you created in Dreamweaver into it.
