    For code editing but you cant create content management system like that just by pointandclick.

    You might like a coppermine gallery. With most hosts it’s a one click install with fantastico ,then you sign up with coppermine (free) and you log into your gallery and you can configure it from there. It’s pretty easy to do actually and you can let people who register with you to upload photos too.Coppermine can be used for other files as well as photos.
