I live in southflorida.I want to create a site for a local mall.This mall already has a website but I find it very simplistic and vague in nature.I want to create a more detailed website containing information for tourist who visit this mall.Is it legal,even though I have no affiliations to the mall.It is just a guide for tourists and even locals to access mall information.This mall is pretty huge and its hard to commute around the mall.

   You would need their permission to do so, otherwise you are infringing on their trademark, which is a federal crime.
