   Visit learninghow2.com It has a full guide with pictures to walk you through it and how to do it with pagebreeze which is free. To put ads on there, it teaches html so you can learn how to add ads on there since ads are html coding. As far as who to advertise with, I recommend google adsense or affiliates at cj.com or linkshare.
