   I used freeweb.com. It is simple (like using MS Word). I have heard godaddy.com is very good as well, though I haven’t tried it.

   Well, first you need to find a free host. If you are looking to create a site using an online site creator, then Yahoo Geocities has a good free site host. If you want to upload your site and not create it online, then use free-site-host.com.

   Aptana is a good web editor if you don’t want to create your site online, and would rather upload it. Aptana is free and can be found at . It works like Adobe Dreamweaver.
